Logo Description:

• The colors blue and red including the symbols of 3 stars and a sun represents the Philippines (National Flag) wherein the society has been established.

• The stylized number 25 ribbon illustrates unity, support and awareness. It also conveys a sense of celebration and achievement of the society over the course of 25 years. 

• A hand holding a scalpel represents surgery or a surgeon. Its pointing upward position signifies growth, progress and continuous improvement (optimism and positivity). The silver color is associated to the 25th Founding Anniversary of the society.

 

Overall, the logo depicts a symbolic representation of the PSGS' strength and resilience that have been built over 25 years. A celebration and commemoration for this significant milestone, as well as looking forward to the future with hope and commitment.
